Indulge in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Radiant Rest is a unique 90-minute practice combining gentle yin and restorative yoga with the transformative power of hands-on Reiki. This unique blend offers a powerful approach to stress reduction, physical relaxation, and emotional balance.
During this series, you’ll experience the cumulative benefits of consistent relaxation, allowing your body and mind to fully reset, release, and heal.
Using supportive props, you’ll ease into poses held for 4 to 8 minutes, encouraging effortless release and deep relaxation. This practice resets your nervous system into the parasympathetic "rest and digest" state, promoting restoration, healing, and stress relief. Lindy's hands-on assists and Reiki energy channeling further enhances the experience, offering profound energetic healing and balance.
With years of dedicated Yin yoga practice, Lindy has developed a true passion for the art of relaxation and rejuvenation. Witnessing firsthand the transformative power of Yin yoga, she is excited to share this unique blend of physical and energetic healing through Reiki-infused Yin yoga classes.

Hands-on energy healing treatments

In my RESTORE WITH TOUCH sessions, I offer a one-on-one private Yin Yoga experience, where I include hands-on energy work, assists, and massage. This is a personalized approach to support your physical and emotional well-being. By tailoring techniques to individual needs, and using my gentle, caring touch, clients can experience relief and restoration. When your nervous system is lacking regulation, and you find yourself stuck in fight or flight, my assistance can help to settle your physical body, and energetically make space for your healing to take place. Self-care plays a vital role in maintaining overall wellness, and gifting yourself the time and space to surrender can help manage stress and anxiety, fostering a calmer and more centered state of being. My approach to shifting energy in the body comes from multiple modalities, including Reiki, and is guided by my intuition. By channeling powerful loving energies, placing your body deliberately in restorative Yin yoga shapes, and gently massaging the body, we can allow for shifts and openings in your energetic field, so you can find yourself in a place of safety and surrender.
What to expect in a session with me
As you enter into my cozy home studio, you will feel greeted with loving kindness, and a safe space to surrender to the feelings in the energetic and physical body. We will sit together as I lead a guided meditation to ground us in to our time together. I will lead you through a restorative Yin Yoga practice, where your body can safely unfold. While I assist with relaxation massage, caring deliberate hand placement, and energy channelling similar to reiki, together, we will allow for energetic shifting to take place in the body and in the vibrational field. I will guide you into Savasana, the final rest, with Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation visualization technique. Quiet the mind and invite a deep nervous system balance.

TO PREPARE FOR A SESSION WITH ME
Drink plenty of water before and after the appointment. Arrive in comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, with warm socks and a sweater (depending on the season). If possible, for the remainder of your day, allow for minimal activity, stressors, screens etc. Treat this time together as a gift to yourself, allowing yourself to be open and willing to rest and surrender.

In Lindy’s classes, students can expect to be reminded to tune into and focus on the breath while observing how it works in symbiosis with the movements and shapes throughout the sequences. As a teacher, Lindy holds space that is safe and open, giving her students an opportunity to turn inward, and to find the quiet and stillness that lies within the breath. Classes are varied, and planned with intuition and intention.
Students are encouraged to greet themselves exactly as they show up, to authentically give their body what it needs. Expect to feel grounded, peaceful, and stretched out.

Class Descriptions
Embodied HATHA Flow
Hatha yoga is a branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques to achieve mental clarity and physical well-being. By moving through the postures with presence and a directed attention on the breath, individuals can improve flexibility, strength, and balance while also calming the mind and reducing stress. Hatha yoga is accessible to practitioners of all levels and can be tailored to suit individual needs and abilities. Emphasizing mindfulness and alignment, this ancient practice offers a holistic approach to health and relaxation.
Low & Slow Hatha Fusion
Low & Slow is a merging of a Yin and a Hatha yoga class - like the magical offspring of them both!
There is just enough movement, and the perfect amount of stillness. Lindy’s expert guidance will joyfully lead you through an inquisitive exploration of movement as your body is gently encouraged to open, surrender and release.
Expect to stay low to the earth, allowing you to tune inwards, feel deeply into the body, focus on breath and the rich sense of empowerment when mind, body and heart unite. Prepare to feel amazing!
This class is ideal for all bodies, no experience necessary.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice in which the connective tissues in the body are gently stressed, resulting in deep opening, lubrication and health to the joints and tissues. As we are targeting our physical health, the mind also finds stillness, benefitting the central nervous system, and making space for growth and deep healing. The stillness and long holds inspire quietness, mindfulness and connection to the higher self.
With the use of props (blocks, bolsters, straps and blankets), we support the body, making the long holds manageable and sustainable. Perfect for all bodies, all ages and conditions.

Smith Lake Farm - Wellness at the Farm
On Saturday, September 21 2024, Smith Lake Farm hosted it’s twice annual Wellness at the Farm event. This round, the event was open to all adults, as it was previously a women-only event. This was my third time teaching yoga at this event, and I am honoured to be among the incredible line-up of facilitators.
The event hosts workshops with guided meditations, yoga, group acupuncture, bee-keeping, and so much more mind and body wellness. Each participant has an opportunity to experience at least 4 workshops, receives a session in the sauna, and can enjoy so much that the farm has to offer.
I taught a juicy Hatha Yoga class, attended a couple of other wonderful sessions, and had beautiful connections with the other facilitators and participants.
Pachena Bay Music Festival
Yoga on the beach at Pachena Bay Music Festival has been a teaching highlight for me. In 2023, I taught an impromptu class on the beach. I put out a sign the day before and had 20 people show up! (Bottom photo)
In July 2024, I had the honour of teaching again at the festival as an official facilitator. Over 60 students joined my class. It was a very fulfilling moment. PBMF is one of the most incredible festivals I have ever been to. Each moment was more magical than the last, filled with community love and so much alignment.

Pachena Bay Music Festival 2023
THe honey pot
This was the inaugural year of The Honey Pot, which is a Goddess themed LOunge camp that friends and I Brought to Otherworld 2024.
Picture a luxurious Utopic Fairyland sanctuary, dripping with honeycomb, lace, and wisteria. A king-sized bed, cozy cushions, and a mocktail elixir bar, where we serve up delicious homemade Oxymel mocktails and platters of fruit. Workshops at our camp include Worship 101, Platonic Sensuality, and Embodiment offerings. We have a well rounded team of innovative creatives who bring their talents and human-power to help make it happen.
The Queen Bees of the Honey Pot, myself and Bee Stratton, along with our hive of Worker Bees, were so delighted with how well our offering was received at Otherworld 2024. We have begun brainstorming and planning our improvements and expansion for next year’s Burn.
Fundraising for the Honey Pot helps us with the cost of our tent, buying materials (gas to power the generator for lights, fruit, lumber for the bed and bar, and materials for our crafted decor). We hosted a party on Forbidden Plateau on Saturday, May 11 2024 which helped us to achieve our financial goals. We had amazing local DJs and musicians, family activities (lawn games, hula hoops), a potluck, mini artisan market, cocktail and mocktail bar, bonfire, and on-site camping. Sunday morning included an all-levels yoga class in the morning, led by Yours Truly.
